An investigation has been launched into over 500,000 Tesla cars in the US after a driver complained that he was able to play games while driving. The incident happened despite not having a steering wheel.
A feature called Passenger Play allows users to play video games while driving. However, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration noted that it could cause a crash if it is used improperly.
In-vehicle devices should not be designed to allow a driver to do so while driving, according to the NHTSA.
