Oxygen OS has begun rolling out to the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro in India. It also includes fixes for a couple of known issues. OxygenOS 12 (C.46) includes Android’s February 2022 security patch. It is claimed that the new update will improve 5G network performance and resolve an issue with the Always-On Display feature of the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro smartphones. Alexa is also said to be fixed from crashing. OnePlus users will receive the update in phases. Builds for the EU and India versions of the phone have been posted.
On the official OnePlus forum, the changelog for the update for the OnePlus smartphones is detailed. The new update will benefit both the OnePlus 9 and the OnePlus 9 Pro.

In Europe and India, OxygenOS 12 update (C.46) for OnePlus 9 will appear as LE2113_11.C.46 and LE2111_11.C.46, respectively. European OnePlus 9 Pro users will receive LE2123_11.C.46 build, while Indian OnePlus 9 Pro users will receive LE2121_11.C.46 build. OnePlus hasn’t released the North American build due to country-specific limitations.
In the changelog, there is mention of the February 2022 Android security patch and the OnePlus 9 series system stability improvements. Users previously complained about an irregular Always-on Display behavior on the OnePlus 9 and the OnePlus 9 Pro. In addition, the handsets receive fixes for blurry screens. In addition, OnePlus has also fixed a bug that caused the Alexa app to crash randomly. According to its patch notes, a fix for all issues related to 5G connectivity on the OnePlus 9 series phones is included in the C.46 update.
